Senior Process Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy improvements in workflows, including automation and standard operating procedures
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies
• Monitor and report on the success of process changes using relevant metrics and data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in process management, operations management, or business analysis
• Expertise in project management software and process mapping tools
• Familiarity with process mapping methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and redesign
