Senior Process Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Process Owner, responsible for improving internal processes within the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and lead efforts to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
• Coordinate and facilitate the development and execution of changes impacting the department
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine key performance indicators and document business requirements

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Six Sigma or other relevant professional certifications
• 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience
• Group Benefits experience is a plus
• High school diploma required
