Senior Process Reengineering Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the organization's transformation initiatives, the remote Senior Process Reengineering Consultant will document existing business processes, develop transformation strategies, and collaborate with business owners to implement new processes and policies on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Document current-state business processes across front-office and back-office functions
• Design future-state business processes and operational workflows
• Develop the overall process reengineering strategy and execution roadmap

Required qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise process reengineering initiatives
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state business processes
• Experience in developing process transformation strategies and execution plans
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI workflow process reengineering or AI workflow integration
