Senior Process Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, Process Review (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and assess internal business processes for compliance with organizational policies
• Analyze information to identify variances and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with process owners to maintain and create business process documentation and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience
• Four years of analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment
• Experience in managed care operations, including enrollment and claims processing
• Knowledge of provider and contract configuration
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and six years of analytical experience
