Senior Process Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, Process Review (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of internal business processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with process owners to create and maintain business process documentation and workflows
• Serve as a liaison for Core Operations audits and coordinate audit walkthroughs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience
• Four years of analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment
• Analytical experience within managed care operations
• Knowledge of managed care enrollment processes and claims processing
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree and six years of analytical experience
