Senior Process Strategist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Process Strategist, the candidate will serve as the enterprise authority on application-enabled business processes across core platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and integration to maximize technology investments and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of application-centric processes, aligning them with enterprise architecture standards and governance frameworks
• Develop structured documentation and enablement tools to drive adoption and protect the value of process and system investments
• Monitor process performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and refine process designs accordingly

Required qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in designing and optimizing complex business processes within major enterprise platforms
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end value streams, particularly in the fuel distribution or energy industries
• Proven expertise in process modeling techniques such as BPMN and value stream mapping
• Strong understanding of system configurations, integrations, and workflow dependencies
• Experience operating within enterprise-level governance environments with defined architecture standards
