Senior Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Processing Specialist - Illogical Conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to escalated issues, identifying root causes of illogical conditions from systems reports or client audits
• Train and mentor Processing Specialists while supporting the team lead in monitoring workplace performance
• Assist in the accurate and timely processing of insurance documents to ensure proper coverage and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets and Word documents
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance processing or title documents
• 2-year degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage lending, or related fields preferred
