Senior Processing Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting and mentoring Processing Specialists, the full-time Senior Processing Specialist will manage escalated issues, train team members, and ensure accurate processing of insurance documents in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and address escalated issues, formulating internal remediation plans and timelines for client research requests
• Train and mentor Processing Specialists while supporting the team lead with procedural improvements and workplace monitoring
• Assist in the accurate processing of insurance documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and client satisfaction goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets and Word documents
• Demonstrated understanding of insurance processing or title documents
• 2-year degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, finance, mortgage lending, or related fields preferred
