Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to support procurement functions and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy and operations in partnership with the Head of Procurement
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring obligations are met and processes for renewals are scalable
• Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet purchasing needs

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations at a software or technology company
• Strong background in negotiating vendor contracts with a focus on commercial and legal concessions
• Experience with procurement, expense management, and travel management tools
• Understanding of third-party risk processes and full-cycle vendor management
• Demonstrated experience in delivering scalable programs and processes in growth-stage startups
