Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst responsible for procuring services and materials for the Long Island Procurement Operations Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement planning, sourcing, contract development, and administration
• Prepare bid packages, conduct pre-bid meetings, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
• Foster process improvement initiatives and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valuable procurement and supply chain experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• General knowledge of the sourcing process and construction procurement
• Prior experience in project management and contract law
