Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to assist in procurement services and manage purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with vendors and prepare requests for quotations (RFQs)
• Perform price analysis, negotiate with vendors, and maintain vendor databases
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and provide procurement advice to program managers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of procurement experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years, or a high school diploma/GED with 7+ years of procurement experience
• Experience with suppliers in technology, hardware, or software categories supporting government contracts
• Background check required
• Experience in business, logistics, and accounting structures is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR and public law requirements related to government procurements is a plus
