Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst to support purchasing decisions and vendor management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to guide purchasing decisions and lead vendor negotiations
• Manage vendor engagements from initial discussions to contract signing
• Enhance the procure-to-pay process and maintain organized vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in procurement or procurement operations, preferably in software or B2B technology
• Strong experience in negotiating vendor contracts, including commercial and legal terms
• Familiarity with procurement tools like Zip, Ramp, and Navan
• Solid understanding of third-party risk and vendor lifecycle management
• Experience in building and improving processes in fast-paced environments
