Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Managing procurement activities for Data Center Operations, the full-time remote Senior Procurement Analyst will oversee end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate vendor agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase request queues and support vendor selection and onboarding activities
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and vendors while providing high-level customer service
• Review and manage contracts, ensuring accurate records and monitoring key contract dates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract administration
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing and vendor agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems
