Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely with local considerations, the full-time Senior Procurement Analyst will manage material requisitions, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiate purchase requirements with suppliers to achieve target pricing
• Resolve delivery and accounts payable issues while monitoring suppliers to meet quality and delivery objectives
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvement projects in collaboration with Commodity Managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 4 years of directly related work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Inclination towards proactive continuous process improvement
