Job Summary

Senior Procurement Associate, a contract-to-hire position requiring 6-8 years of experience, is responsible for leading end-to-end strategic sourcing events for professional services and IT categories in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events including strategy, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape sourcing approach and translate evolving needs into clear requirements
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and maintain sourcing documentation in SAP Ariba

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in IT or professional services
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong experience with RFx development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
