Senior Procurement Associate

Job Summary

To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the contract-to-hire Senior Procurement Associate will independently manage end-to-end sourcing events for professional services and IT categories in a remote environment, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events, including strategy, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
• Partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing approaches and translate evolving needs into clear documentation
• Manage commercial negotiations and coordinate contract development, ensuring documentation is audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in IT and professional services
• Proven ability to run end-to-end sourcing processes
• Strong experience with RFx development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
