Senior Procurement Associate

Job Summary

To support strategic sourcing initiatives, the contract-to-hire Senior Procurement Associate will independently manage end-to-end sourcing events for professional services and IT categories in a remote environment, collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle sourcing events from strategy to contracting, including RFx development and supplier negotiations
• Translate evolving business needs into clear sourcing documentation and evaluation criteria while serving as the primary supplier contact
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and maintain sourcing documentation in SAP Ariba, supporting supplier lifecycle needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in IT and/or professional services
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx development and negotiations
• Experience with contract redlining and working through legal/risk reviews
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and strong stakeholder management skills
