Senior Procurement Budget Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement / Budgeting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-departmental alignment on procurement and contracting, including vendor communications and compliance coordination
• Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure marketing expenditures align within budget constraints
• Lead regular coordination meetings with sourcing, procurement, and contract teams to streamline marketing agreements

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in procurement and budgeting
• Proficiency in Oracle and Excel
• Strong skills in financial analysis and budget management
• Experience in a cross-functional role within procurement and budgeting preferred
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of contracting and vendor management is desirable
