Senior Procurement Category Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Sourcing Strategy for assigned categories, the full-time hybrid Senior Procurement Category Manager will negotiate supply agreements, manage vendor relationships, and drive strategic savings initiatives while ensuring supply continuity and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the Sourcing Strategy, including negotiations and execution of supply agreements
• Plan and execute RFQs in collaboration with the Procurement Operations team
• Develop and maintain a 3-5 year sourcing strategy while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Supply or 3+ years with an advanced degree
• Proven experience in large sourcing initiatives within assigned categories
• Strong Supplier Relationship Management skills and experience leading multi-million dollar contract negotiations
• Ability to engage and influence senior/executive stakeholders effectively
