Job Summary

Supporting high-impact procurement initiatives, the remote Senior Procurement Contract Specialist will focus on contract strategy, vendor negotiations, and M&A readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize contract structures.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate complex indirect vendor contracts
• Assess contract terms and identify risk and optimization opportunities
• Develop recommendations for contract alignment to support M&A and restructuring initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years of procurement experience with a focus on indirect categories
• Demonstrated experience with contract negotiations and vendor management
• Exposure to M&A, divestitures, or organizational restructuring initiatives preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
