Job Summary

Leading a geographically dispersed procurement organization, the full-time salaried Senior Procurement Director will manage a team, drive strategic procurement initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency while collaborating with stakeholders across global regions, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance procurement team, providing direction and support to direct and indirect reports
• Partner with client stakeholders and leadership to influence decision-making and align on global procurement strategies
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives to improve processes, supplier performance, and overall value delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 12+ years of progressive procurement or related leadership experience
• Proven experience leading global procurement organizations in complex, matrixed environments
• Deep understanding of global procurement operating models and success in driving standardization across regions
• Experience supporting large technology organizations or enterprise accounts is strongly preferred
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage client leadership and navigate competing priorities
