Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager - Raw Proteins, Meats, & Packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw proteins, meats, and packaging materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers while monitoring their performance
• Conduct market analysis and manage risks related to supply chain and pricing fluctuations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably with perishable products
• Strong understanding of global protein and meat markets and packaging supply chains
• Experience in managing procurement calendars and supplier relationships
• Ability to develop clear documentation and standard operating procedures for procurement processes
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on timely communication and stakeholder management
