Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation for various services categories, including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Consulting
• Plan and execute negotiation strategies for high-value sourcing events and complex contracts
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing with a focus on services categories
• Experience with category management and complex technology agreements
• Proven leadership experience managing global teams
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
