Job Summary

Driving procurement strategy for ingredients and raw materials, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement processes while collaborating cross-functionally to support business operations and innovation initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic sourcing strategy and implementation across key ingredient and raw material categories
• Oversee procurement strategy for new product development, ensuring timely sourcing of ingredients for commercialization
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to inform sourcing decisions and financial planning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields, including 5+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
• Experience in supplier negotiations and contract execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
• ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite) preferred
