Job Summary

Owning and maturing the strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation function, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will lead complex commercial negotiations, manage the vendor portfolio, and serve as a primary procurement partner across multiple departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial negotiations for significant software, SaaS, and professional services contracts
• Manage and rationalize the vendor portfolio while building durable relationships for commercial leverage
• Coach and develop a team of procurement specialists to enhance their negotiation skills and expertise

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of procurement experience with a focus on software, SaaS, and cloud deals
• Proven track record in leading high-stakes commercial negotiations independently
• Experience in managing or developing procurement professionals with a coaching approach
• Strong understanding of how procurement decisions impact financial planning and budgets
• Familiarity with modern procurement tools and AI applications to enhance efficiency
