Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Owning direct procurement for capital projects, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will manage hardware purchasing, transport, delivery, and payment processes while ensuring effective asset lifecycle and warranty management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ordering, transport, delivery, and payment for hardware purchased for capital projects
• Oversee equipment lifecycle management, including tracking installation milestones and maintaining the asset registry
• Document and facilitate warranty claims processes, ensuring compliance and adjudicating disputed claims

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, or logistics operations, with 3+ years in direct/hardware procurement for capital projects
• Demonstrated ownership of PO-to-delivery execution with multiple concurrent vendors
• Experience with asset lifecycle and warranty/RMA management, including claims adjudication
• Strong process orientation with the ability to build and enforce procurement workflows
• Familiarity with procurement/inventory tracking tools such as Smartsheet or Salesforce
