Job Summary

Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Procurement Officer will manage complex contract negotiations and vendor relationships for cloud infrastructure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value agreements, focusing on optimal payment schedules and strategic discounting
• Manage relationships with critical suppliers to secure advantageous terms for infrastructure needs
• Act as the primary liaison between procurement and legal teams, reviewing complex contract clauses and ensuring alignment with commercial requirements

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of procurement with a focus on complex enterprise-level contracts
• Deep familiarity with financial structuring within contracts, including payment terms and capital expenditures
• Strong capability to navigate and review complex legal jargon in contracts
• Proven strategic problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges and vendor dynamics
• Successful completion of a background check
