Key Responsibilities:

Improve supplier and subcontractor bench strength and develop a competitive procurement process
Serve as a team member for continuous improvement projects related to procurement
Analyze client contracts, collaborate with technical teams, and negotiate contracts with vendors

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 10 years of contract negotiation experience
Minimum 5 years of sourcing and procurement experience
Experience in SOP preparation, implementation, and continuous improvement
Prefer knowledge of energy sector and project management experience
