Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Procurement Specialist responsible for executing procurement activities across global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain good working relationships with vendors and ensure accurate procurement data
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing necessary supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely processing of orders and invoices
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of relevant work experience in procurement
  • BA or equivalent experience in Procurement Practices
  • Experience with enterprise accounting and purchasing systems
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to provide guidance to the Procurement team and manage daily assignments
