Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage software assets and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and track requests for software and subscriptions, monitoring approvals and procurement processes
• Manage renewals and contracts, serving as the procurement point of contact for vendors
• Analyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor negotiations
• Proficiency in asset management and procurement software platforms
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or 6+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
