Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead IT, SaaS, and professional-services sourcing in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for IT, SaaS, cloud services, and third-party vendors, including sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, and contract management
• Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements to maximize value and reduce costs
• Manage supplier lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in sourcing IT/SaaS/cloud services in a mid-to-large enterprise
• Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay systems and tools like SAP Ariba and Microsoft Excel
