Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement processes, including approval workflows and sourcing controls
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 3-7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience in creating procurement processes and policies
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards
