Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and obtain solicitations including RFQ, RFP, RFI, and cost proposals from subcontractors and service providers
• Analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability of suppliers
• Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations on price, delivery, and terms

Required Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and management of contingent labor in a government contracting environment
• Significant experience in leading formal negotiations and supplier management
• Experience analyzing proposals from suppliers and conducting investigations for compliance
• Knowledge of all phases of sourcing and procurement execution
• Familiarity with Government regulations (FAR/DFAR) and compliance requirements
