Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Procurement Specialist to support strategic sourcing and procurement excellence in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute solicitations and oversee cost proposal activities with subcontractors
• Analyze supplier proposals and manage supplier critical paths to align with program milestones
• Lead formal supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with procurement documentation regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR, ITAR, and import/export requirements
• Expertise in SAP and procurement automation tools
• Strong written contractual experience with various procurement vehicles
