Job Summary

Senior Procurement Specialist manages software assets and procurement processes in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and track software/subscription requests and monitor procurement processes
• Manage renewals and contracts, acting as the procurement contact for vendors
• Analyze purchasing requisitions and assist in vendor negotiations and budget management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement and contract management
• Proficiency in asset management and procurement software platforms
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or 6+ years of related work experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
