Job Summary
Supporting the procurement function, the full-time Senior Procurement Specialist will manage sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement across various indirect categories, including Operations, IT, and HR
- Lead negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations while building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal partners to optimize costs and manage spend
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- Two to five years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement with an understanding of best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with eProcurement and eSourcing tools like Coupa or Ariba
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in spend analysis and sourcing strategies
- Experience in vendor management and understanding of RFx processes preferred
