Job Summary
Driving sourcing initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Procurement Specialist will manage global retail operations projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance while delivering value and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage global/North America retail operations projects, focusing on competitive bidding to enhance cost, quality, and service
- Collaborate with Global Procurement leadership to standardize processes and align strategies with stakeholders
- Conduct vendor comparison research and manage the competitive bidding process, including contract reviews and negotiations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of procurement project management experience
- Strong understanding of Procure to Pay processes
- Experience in contract management, including creation and review
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in complex global organizations and managing diverse stakeholder needs
