Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting procurement operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Procurement Specialist will manage the procure-to-pay lifecycle, lead competitive sourcing activities, and collaborate with departments to optimize vendor management and contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, contract review, and purchase order management
• Lead competitive sourcing initiatives, developing and executing RFPs, RFQs, and evaluating vendor proposals
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and provide guidance throughout the procurement process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract drafting
• Experience managing procurement activities across the procure-to-pay and/or source-to-pay lifecycle
• Proven experience in competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs and vendor evaluations
• Strong analytical skills and experience with procurement business platforms or ERP systems
