Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production process, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams to resolve blockers and maintain workflow efficiency
• Implement and manage development best practices for iterative cycles aligned with project goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a producer or senior producer on online multiplayer video games
• Deep knowledge of the development process for online multiplayer games
• Extensive experience with complex game engines similar to Unreal Engine 5
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
