Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management rituals including scoping, sprint planning, and daily standups
• Set up and maintain JIRA Project for team organization and accountability
• Measure and report project data to stakeholders while advocating for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in a production role within the games industry
• 2+ years of experience with free-to-play games and live operations
• At least one mobile game shipped
• Firm understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management practices
• Proficient in production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
