Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional game development experience with at least 2 shipped AA+ games in a senior or lead role
• Experience with full cycle development and the unique needs of various project phases
• Expertise in tracking software for scrum/agile development and project management methodologies
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery predictability and collaboration health
• Skilled in risk assessment, capacity planning, and translating creative vision into execution frameworks
