Senior Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Producer to lead production and execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into actionable sprint plans and release schedules
• Lead day-to-day development for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on product priorities
• Drive collaboration across design, engineering, QA, and art disciplines to ensure timely delivery of commitments

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in cross-functional development for consumer digital products
• Experience in Agile development processes across multiple teams
• Strong project management skills, including managing schedules and resources
• Proven track record of optimizing end-to-end production workflows
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Excel
