Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Producer to lead broadcast video and photo production projects remotely, focusing on managing cross-functional teams, overseeing post-production, and driving innovative content solutions for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of live-action and broadcast video and photo production, managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and vendor negotiations
• Oversee post-production processes, ensuring high-quality editing, motion graphics, and final delivery across all assets
• Bring fresh ideas for content solutions and collaborate with artists while managing overlapping campaigns and production schedules

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in broadcast and video production, preferably in-house or at an agency/production company
• Proven track record in producing broadcast commercials and performance-driven video campaigns
• Deep knowledge of production workflows, including studio line production
• Strong understanding of editing, animation, visual effects, and sound design
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage teams and freelance crews effectively
