Job Summary

Driving execution and operational excellence, the remote Senior Producer will oversee production for WWE Champions, managing features, LiveOps initiatives, and strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced live-service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own production oversight for a portfolio of features and LiveOps initiatives
• Translate product strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and release schedules
• Facilitate release planning and cross-functional coordination across teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of production experience in games or live-service products, including 3+ years in a Senior Producer role
• Proven track record of delivering complex features on a live-service product
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
• Strong expertise in planning, risk management, and operational execution
• Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization systems, and player engagement
