• 5+ years of experience in a production role within the gaming industry
• 3+ years of experience in virtual world, open world, or MMO game production
• Experience working on early stage game projects
• Proven ability to lead people and interact effectively with a variety of disciplines
• Strong working knowledge of production tools like Asana
