Senior Producer Brand Storytelling

Job Summary

To develop and produce compelling editorial content, the full-time Senior Producer Brand Storytelling will create engaging narratives that highlight the brand and its offerings while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop stories related to Empower's products, customers, and brand initiatives
• Lead end-to-end production of multimedia content, including video and podcasts, from concept to publication
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality content execution and adherence to brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in brand storytelling, journalism, or multimedia production
• Demonstrated experience producing video and podcast content from concept development through post-production
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, including script development and narrative structure
• Experience with content production tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
