Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Producer, Features to join their Marvel Strike Force team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the feature pipeline and annual roadmap across multiple outcome-oriented pods
• Partner with Product leadership to translate goals into roadmap structure and manage dependencies
• Drive stakeholder management to ensure alignment on outcomes and prevent late-stage surprises

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of game or digital product production experience, ideally on live service teams
• Proven experience owning multi-team roadmaps and driving delivery across multiple pods
• Strong fundamentals in planning, prioritization, and dependency/risk management
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through influence across various teams
• Experience with gameplay features in F2P mobile/live service games is a plus
