Senior Product Advisor

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Product Advisor on the Developer Platform Product Enablement team, the candidate will serve as a bridge between product and various groups, ensuring developers and partners have the technical knowledge and resources needed to succeed in AI-driven development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Enable Forward Deployed Engineers on existing and emerging Developer Platform capabilities, focusing on AI features for strategic customers
• Support Early Adopter programs, ensuring effective delivery and gathering constructive feedback for product teams
• Translate customer and developer feedback into actionable insights for Product Managers and engineers to enhance the developer experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical enablement, developer advocacy, solutions engineering, or product consulting within an enterprise software or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple groups and develop communication strategies that build alignment
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and challenges within the developer ecosystem
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a willingness to explore new tools and approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating compelling technical content
