Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product Management & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs for platform features and client-facing workflows
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support feature development and business requests
• Analyze claims data and produce reporting deliverables to support the Client Success team

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, or business analyst role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong SQL skills, including multi-table joins and aggregate queries
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management concepts is a strong plus
• Experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured data queries
