Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Driving product insights and customer understanding, the full-time remote Senior Product Analyst will manage experimentation, analytics, and dashboard development to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Own experimentation and test analytics by designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests across the product experience
• Build and maintain core product and business dashboards to track key metrics and enable self-service insights for teams
• Lead product analytics tooling and instrumentation, ensuring proper tracking and metrics for new features in collaboration with Product and Engineering

Required qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably in fintech or consumer lending
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases; familiarity with a scripting language like Python or R is a plus
• Demonstrated experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including hypothesis formation and communication of results
• Hands-on experience with modern product analytics and BI tools, with a track record of building dashboards for self-service insights
• Working knowledge of AI/ML tools and their application in analytics workflows, including the use of AI tools to enhance analysis
